Discussion: | An approaching cold front from the north will increase winds surface and aloft on Tuesday. Gusts to 55 knots is possible in the surround mountains, which will bring a threat of moderate turbulence. Gusts to 28 knots are expected in the southern San Joaquin valley and some blowing dust could kick up on Tuesday late afternoon and evening.
