Discussion: | Upper level high pressure remains the dominant weather feature this weekend in central California. A Dense Fog Advisory is posted for the South Valley, however most of the very low visibilities will be confined to areas north of Kern County. Big changes are expected by Monday afternoon with a high wind scenario developing across the state. |
